Coronavirus COVID-19 Update
Quick Links
The last few days we have been receiving many concerned calls from our clients in respect of the progression of their legal matters due to the viral outbreak of the new coronavirus. With the Government now preparing to announce new measures and move the UK into ‘delay’ phase of dealing with the pandemic, we expect these fears to grow.
In response to the situation created around the #COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to reassure our clients that the work at our office will continue as normal. We will progress the existing matters as normal and will continue taking on new matters.
The measures we have taken
In anticipation that the Government will issue recommendations to work from home where possible, our office has already implemented this starting from 10th March. This, however, will not in any way impact the services we provide. Our firm is at the forefront of implementing technological advancements in the legal sector.
We have the following measures in place to help you remain in touch with us and progress your legal matter without any risk for you or society:
- Phone/video conferences to get your instructions,
- Access to our client portal that allows you to leave messages and upload documents for your lawyer to see,
- Document sharing platforms, for a situation where we need to work on a document with you,
- Online access to your entire file enabling you and our lawyers to access your file and work on it from anywhere.
If you require information in respect of your matter or would like to speak to one of our lawyers regarding a new matter, please call us on 020 3372 5125 or get in touch through filling out our online form.
Do NOT delay dealing with your legal matters. In most cases legal matters are time-sensitive and you are possibly damaging your position if you delay addressing these issues.
