Elena Tonofrei

Elena joined RVS Solicitors in January 2021 as a paralegal to assist our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Before joining RVS, she worked as an employment litigation paralegal for one of the largest trade union law firms in the UK.

Elena is meticulous in her work and dedicated to ensuring her clients get the best possible service. She has developed her natural ability to make connections with people and find quick solutions for their needs, making her an indispensable support for our clients who face difficult times.

Her colleagues list her attention to detail and drive to learn, take on new challenges as the most notable of her personality traits.

In addition to her impressive English, she is also fluent in Russian, Romanian and has a working knowledge of French. ​

In her spare time, Elena likes to write reviews about her fine dining experiences at different restaurants – she is known to be a harsh food critic with exceptionally high standards. During lockdown, she has developed a new passion for tea tasting and listening to the classical greats such as Frederique Chopin.
