Nicole Mitton
Nicole has initially joined RVS Solicitor in November 2021 as a Senior Paralegal in our Family Department. She quickly proved herself as an asset and a capable lawyer, and became a trainee solicitor shortly after. As of September 2023, she is a fully qualified Solicitor in our family department.
Nicole obtained a bachelors of law (LLB) from Nottingham Law School and will be graduating shortly from the Legal Practice Course. She is keen on developing further in her legal career and qualifying as a solicitor.
Nicole has years of experience in family law. She has dealt with various family matters such as:
- Divorce
- Prenuptial agreements
- Child arrangements
- Finances in divorce
- Non molestation applications
Prior to joining the team, Nicole gained a wealth of experience and knowledge at several reputable law firms. As well as family law, Nicole has experience in the following areas of law:
- Civil litigation
- Commercial Law
- Personal Injury
Early on in her career, Nicole realised that she had a passion for helping others and wanted to use her skills to help those experiencing difficulties dealing with family matters.
Nicole’s approachable nature and her ability to ensure that matters are dealt with meticulously and efficiently make her well suited for Family Law.
