Nicole Mitton

Nicole is an experienced Family solicitor, who initially joined RVS Solicitor in November 2021 as a Senior Paralegal in our Family Department. She quickly proved herself as an asset and a capable lawyer, and became a trainee solicitor shortly after. As of September 2023, she is a fully qualified Solicitor and currently works in our family department.

Nicole obtained a bachelors of law (LLB) from Nottingham Law School.

Nicole has years of experience in family law. She has dealt with various family matters such as: 

• Divorce
• Prenuptial agreements 
• Child arrangements 
• Finances in divorce
• Non molestation applications 

Prior to joining the team, Nicole gained a wealth of experience and knowledge at several reputable law firms. Early on in her career, Nicole realised that she had a passion for helping others and wanted to use her skills to help those experiencing difficulties dealing with family matters.

Nicole’s approachable nature and her ability to ensure that matters are dealt with meticulously and efficiently has gained her appreciation from clients and colleagues alike.
