Ejmin Shahbazian
Ejmin is an associate in RVS Solicitors- CIS presence (Dimension Legal RVS) and is one of the rising stars of Armenia’s legal landscape.
He worked in an Armenia based financial consultancy firm, Dimension Investments for two years, as in-house counsel and Anti-money laundry and terrorism financing compliance officer. Ejmin’s professional experience involved work with The Center for Innovation in Open Governance (CIOG) as a researcher conducting parliamentary oversight monitoring with CIOG’s international partner Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF).
Ejmin’s areas of expertise are: compliance, corporate law, M&A and restructuring, due diligence, ADR and public policy analysis.

Ejmin has a dual degree in bachelor’s of law from the French University of Armenia and Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 followed by a master’s degree in law from the American University of Armenia.
